Coaching Staff
The Flames 12U Kottke team will be primarily composed of players with 2008 birth years and will be coached by Peter Kottke.
Peter Kottke is the father of 5 children, including one baseball player and three softball players. He has been a recreational softball coach and a Select All Star softball team coach at Murphey Candler, where he is also a member of the Board of Directors Executive Committee. More recently he has been an assistant coach for the St Pius X Middle School team, and the head coach of the 2008 Atlanta Flames team.
We are fortunate to have excellent assistant coaches: Donald Hall has been a very successful Rec and All Star coach, and Amie McDougal was an accomplished high school, travel and collegiate softball player who is currently the head varsity coach at St Pius X Catholic High School.
